Shipping & Delivery

Free standard UK shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days for UK addresses. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; delivery may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods or exceptional circumstances.

Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation by email. Where tracking is available, we will send a link or tracking number after dispatch.

Check your address

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you spot an error, email beseyboutique@gmail.com promptly. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Late, lost or damaged delivery

If your delivery is late, missing or damaged, please email us with your order number. We will help investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected and we remain responsible for the goods until delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Returns

Return requests for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, reasonable return shipping costs are covered as required by law. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full information.

These delivery terms apply to AERIVA HOME purchases shipped within the UK. Availability and shipping costs for destinations outside the UK, if offered, appear at checkout.
